Cancellation deadline: 12noon the day before arrival. No refund or change of date possible after this deadline
Card details are taken to secure the reservation. Payment is taken in full up to 14 days ahead of arrival. Should you need to cancel after payment has been taken, and before the cancellation deadline, a full refund will be made
We accept Visa or Mastercard. We don’t accept Amex. When taking payment if the card details are declined we will contact you by telephone and/or email for new details. After three unsuccessful contact attempts the reservation will be cancelled
STAY LONGER PAY LESS PROMOTIONAL RATE: BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings made under this promotional rate are pre-paid in full at the time of booking and non-refundable in the event of cancellation
Available exclusively for guests booking through the Old Vine’s website. Applicable on new bookings only, made no earlier than 1 month ahead of arrival date. Online bookings only, using code SLPL2025. Cannot be used for reservations where guests change room during their stay. Not available during the period of the Winchester Christmas market
Dinner promotion £35pp
Available exclusively for hotel guests booking accommodation through the Old Vine’s website. A £7 supplement applies for steaks and lamb dishes (per person), chargeable when dining. Promotion not valid during the period of the Winchester Christmas market
Policy on allergens
Management, kitchen and front-of-house teams are all allergy aware. Whilst every effort is made to serve dishes as allergen-free when requested, cross-contamination risks cannot be eliminated entirely and therefore our food may be unsuitable for those with severe allergies or intolerances. Please ask to see our allergen-management documentation at the time of your visit. It is advisable to warn us of any special dietary requirements ahead of your visit
Policy on children
Children 6+ years are welcome in the restaurant at any time, and in the bar at lunchtime and during the day. Children under 6 can use the Little Minster Room, and outside spaces. Please note that, due to space restrictions, pushchairs cannot be accommodated indoors. A high chair is available for use in the Little Minster Room
Policy on pets
Pets are welcome in the bar and on the outside areas but are not permitted in the restaurant or hotel rooms
