This summer Winchester Cathedral launched Kings & Scribes: The Birth of a Nation, a spectacular new exhibition in the historic South Transept.

This permanent three-level exhibition takes you through over 1,000 years of history, from the birth of the English nation to the present day.

Discover Winchester’s pivotal role in shaping early English history. And marvel at some of the nation’s greatest treasures, including the magnificent 12th-century Winchester Bible.

Entry to the exhibition included with admission to Winchester Cathedral.
